American Specialty Health, Cigna, Aetna Does not cover Chiropractic or acupuncture Nationwide
This company claims that they have 100% in network coverage but it is completely false. They inundate providers with bogus denials and EOB's. It is clearly a scam company and should be shut down. Currently there is a class action law suit against them with the American Chriorpactic association.
