On may 4, 2014, I entered into a contract on the phone via payment with my american express card of $199 based on false information that you could just go to their website and make an appointment to see the home.

While on the phone the representative made sure I logged into their website which then state you are bound by their terms and services.  These terms state you need 5 rejection letters from home owners and after 90 days you can get your money back.  This is ridiculous since most people dont even read the huge volume of mail that arrives after their home goes into default status.

I spoke to a representative today who said they will not be refunding my money.  He further told me to not waste my $7 to send a certified, return receipt cancellation letter.  According to california law you have 72 hours to cancel your contract.  They are a CA company!  Everyone should send a cancelation letter within the 72 business hour deadline.

Additionally I have contacted american express and they informed me that I can dispute the charge as soon as it posts to my account.  This normally takes 48 hours.

I will update this report as new information comes in.

In the interim, Please post where we can report this company. ex better business bureau, government, etc.

They claim to have been in business for 20 years.  Lets shut them down so they never take advantage of another person!!
