American Standard Financial This is a huge scam Barbados Nationwide
My name is Shane. I had received a phone call from someone saying they were from American Standard Financial. She didn't really speak good english but I listened to her. Depending on who you speak with I guess, she made me feel quite comfortable in the idea that I would be receiving a grant for $4500.
Just before my draft date, I called them to reschedule my date so I would not be chanrged the $359.00 processing fee plus NSF fees. The lady I spoke with said they do not have my information on file yet. They had not received the info from the people I had spoken with originally. I informed them of the rip-off reports they had and she told me they were well aware of that. She then assured me that they are a legitimate company and the $359.00 was for their services in helping you get the grant.
I had a few more questions for her on why they do not have a website or any other way to track the status of your acount with them other than a phone number. I informed her that it didn't make any sense. I also informed her that she is telling me that it is a government grant but they are not even in the U.S. I guess she didn't know or want to answer my questions because she then hung up on me and I have tried to call back but was unsuccessful at reaching anybody.
I had to change my account number and everything else with it. Thankfully, I was able to do this before the draft and they couldn't get anything from me. For those who were not so lucky, I am sorry that they took advantage of hope. And to those who have had these calls, be very careful.
