We purchased a hvac unit from them which failed in less than 2 years. The hvac service man said the motor installed from the mfg was not the right motor for that unit. The motor was labeled as the correct part but was not the right motor upon inspection. Carelessness on the part of the labeler at their plant. They covered the part but not the labor. So we had to pay $300 dollars for a repair that was not even our fault. The unit was defective from the mfg. BEWARE! Do not purchase an American Std/Trane hvac unit unless you want to take the chance. They should have recalled the unit and replaced it at their cost.
