American Standard Moving and Storage Trippled the price , didn't do what I paid for, lots of damage, manager yelled at me when I complained Boca Raton Florida

I have done a cut and paste with what I told BBB, who has them rated F.  Nothing was unpacked or reassembled, as stated in contract, just put in garage. Charged 3X's contract. Cust serv mgr yelled at me Moved from Colorado to Texas, paid for 'platinum' plan, for 2 bedroom place. Charged 3X's contract. I told them 2 months before that I would be in Texas when they picked it up and the condo manager would let them in. So They show up without calling the manager first and she's in a meeting when they get there. After 30" they leave and head for Texas with their load. They get someone else to come 2 days later. We are then told that instead of $3800 it will be $11,500, someone will have to be there to observe the entire time, and it will be 2 or 3 weeks before we get our stuff. I'm really unhappy. If I'd known this ahead of time I would have 1) gotten someone else, 2) started the process a few weeks before so I could be there as they required, and made arrangements to stay somewhere convenient before moving. When I complained about last minute changes Cust serv mgr cut me off and yelled at me. She never heard my complaint about the timing of this, just the cost, then cut me off and yelled repeatedly. Nothing was unpacked or reassembled, as stated in contract, just put in garage. Have about 75 boxes left to unload and furniture to put together. Lots of damage to furniture, some priceless items treated like trash. I'm trying to run my office from my home and can't find office computer or printer! Never had an experience like this with any professional doing anything. Can't imagine I would have had a worse experience with anyone else, or that they seem to get away with this year after year.
