American Standard Rent to Own Real Estate rep. called me a b**** on the phone and was hung up on several times Tennessee
This company has multiple ads and multiple 1(866) numbers advertised on craigslist. I called to ask questions on renting a house and was hung up on after my first question. I called back and got the same treatment.
The third time I asked "is it your companies policy to hang up on customers while they are asking questions?" and the representative answered with "yeah b****!" and hung up!
It took me multiple times to get the name of the company and the customer service number and then a supervisor. I was then placed on hold while the supervisor "looked into the situation" he came back to the phone with no information on my previous experience, which was supposed to be an all recorded call.
The "supervisor" immediately wanted to start talking about gaining my business again. I told him there was no way in hell I would be doing business with them.
Furthermore, they do not even say the companies name on the ads or when they answer the phone, seemed shady to me.
I suppose I should be thankful they showed their true colors upfront!
