American Sweepstakes Publishers, A.S.P. $254,204,00 for only a Purchasing Fee of $12.00 RIPOFF Shawnee Mission Kansas
This is NOT a mistake. NOT a misprint. See the Sample Report Summary below.
My name was with every number on the page stating that I Must be Paid-upon entering and winning.
But the first thing they ask for is the $12.00 required for a purchasing Fee payable to A.S.P.
No Sweepstakes can legally ask for money to play in the sweepstakes, so asking for $12.00 is wrong. Also why $12.00?
On the back of the letter it explains that the fee is for research, publishing and notification costs of information contained in there Sweepstakes Bulletin.
Also, on the back ASP says they
"do not conduct sweepstakes promotions: and is not related to any of the compaines or organizations it monitors: or ednorse products or services of sponsoring compaines or pay or garantee prizes offered by them."
So I would be paying a $12.00 fee for nothing but to help pay for more of there advertising for a non existant service!
Don't fall for their crap! Read everything they send you see how stupid it sounds.
