Complaint Review: American Sweepstakes Publishers/ International Award Payment Center

so today i finally found the number for the American Sweepstakes Piblisher (913)338-0715!!!The lady that answered the 3 times i called to find out why Micheal Washington wants more money from for supposedly i now won again in the amount of over $1,000,000.00....The lady told me the first time i called her she said, Mam its not to send you the winning amount its to put you in for the drawing! i said no , again its so he (Micheal) wants another $12.00bucks from me to be able to send me out my check , it goes on saying we have sent you letters to inform you and no responce back. So thats why i finally look into the internet to find the num ber cause, I have sent him money and money waiting for my winngs to be delivered... Nothing ever shows up. He also gives you a 5 or 7 day period to send your money back in with the bottom of slip with conferming everything is correct your Name , Address, if you have a vcalid drivers Licents, and a cREDIT CARD!!! BUT EVERYTIME I CALLED THERE NUMBER AND ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A CUSTMER SERVICE NUMBER AND ITS THE SAME LADY EVERY TIME I CALL... when you call any custmer service its never ever the same person... Very so very rare youll end up with the same person , and it is nice when you do at least that person knows your issue... just like when i called the PCH custormer service i didnt get the asme person i got 2 difrent males and 1 lady!!!! Now with this other one i received today from the The Inertnational Award Payment Center i got 2 names on that one. And they6 are A. T. Lee Program Coordinator, and the other n ame is William R. Formon Award disbursement Account *Blue SeriesX * With this won i won 15,000.00 But i need again to send them a (.00 feewith a 3dollar discount !!! So I got a number for this one which i havent called yet today and the number to this one is (816)842-5510....So i just really wish Micheal Washington would be stop and the lady and people who are helping him to take money from us the disabled and the elderly, and others that get into these actual Sweepstakes!! Please be careful out there i cry at night cause i got scamed i dont want to see others get hurt and taken like i have!!!!! Remember that if they want you to send in cash its bogus but the lady will tell you other wise on the phone statin g when they ask for cash ,money orderor check the reson y is because some people do not have acces to getting to the store for the money orders!!! Its BS we dont live in the 80s anymore so come on...Gfet it right quit scammimg US!!!!
