American Sweepstakes Publishers/Sweepstakes Reporter calls itself "A Consumer's Guide to Direct Mail Sweepstakes". The letter is extremely wordy and includes "official receipts" and "release authorization" for $1,000,000. It also contains information on how to deal with sweepstakes, direct mail and telephone solicitations - for example to be wary of phrases like "shipping and handling"--and then they have the nerve to require a $12 processing fee for their services. What a scam.
