Complaint Review: american tankless

i am discussted at the co.s that are preying on the american people who are trying to go green about six months ago i bought a on demand water heater from a co on the net hopeing to help the enviroment it took several months but i finally recieved it i was suspose to get it and a water purifier when it arrived i had to hire a electrician to install it once it was professionally installed it did not work properly the co i bought it from had me go through tech support out of florida eventually they had me return the water heater to them and stated they would replace it i never recieved my water purifier and they never sent me a new water heater i am out 774.00 for the heater and 23.00 for shipping i filed a complant with bbb no 23932597 i filed with consumer protection and every other including attorney general no one seems to think my loss matters i want to get my money back and no one seems to be able to help the manufacture is out of florida phone 18888184328 fax 3055569171 please help i cant afford this loss thanks kathy hart mich
