Complaint Review: American Telecom

American Telecom will not issue rebate checks. I purchased a set of 4 cordless phones in March, 2007 and still have not received my $70.00 rebate. I did everything the instructions said to do. Then I received a postcard saying I had not activated my Pay N'Talk card. So, I called and activated it again. I called to check on the status of my rebate and again, they said my card was not activated. So, I activated it again, for the 3rd time.

Now, I cannot get in touch with this company by phone. I have called several times and stay on hold for more than 20 minutes before I hang up.
