Complaint Review: American Telecom Service Inc

I bought Cordless phone of this company which was Free after rebate ... i bought in the month of november... i mailed all the rebate forms,UPCs and other required documents to the company, after 2 months i got a letter in mail saying that my rebate is invalid because it didnt include any original UPCs.. i called the CS and the lady gave me the fax number to send the UPC.. I faxed them the copy of the UPC and still didnt get any check. so i called them again and the CSR told me to fax the UPC again, which i did... after few weeks i got a mail saying that i ahd not actiavted my calling card ,so i couldnt get my rebate check. On the same day , i called their number and got the card activated. 6 weeks had passed since then, but i m yet to receive my rebate check...
