Complaint Review: American Telecom

Purchased cordless phone system from Office Depot in January 2007. Filed for $20 and $50 rebates immediately, following directions exactly. 3 months later they contacted me to inform me it was necessary to activate their long distance calling card in order to obtain rebate. I activated it immediately and was told my rebate would follow in a few weeks. That was May. It is now October and still no rebate of $70.00.
I finally contacted a customer service rep who supposedly contacted corporate via email a week ago. She told me to call her in a week which I did. She had no new information and put me off for another week.
