American Transaction Supplies Telemarketing Fraud Champlain New York
My experience with ATS started in March 2005 with a call to our company, an employee unkowingly ok'd the address information. A shipment was sent out and later a bill for $253.50 (2 boxes of credit card paper and a "cleaning kit"!!)
When I received the box, I made several calls, each time talking to a very rude man who refused to have the items returned, since it was ok'd by my employee. I spoke with my attorney and he told me not to pay this bill, we did not order these items, etc.
Here's what I did: I wrote a letter, stating that my attorney would be more than happy to discuss this matter with them, should it come to that. We were not going to pay for this becuase it was shipped to us under false pretense, and I am awaiting a call tag. I faxed this letter, along with the invoices/faxes, etc. that I had received from them, each month (faxed it about 9 or 12 times each month!). Finally 2 months later, I got a fax from them stating that the call tag has been issued. This item were picked up beginning of June by UPS.
What ever you do, do not pay for these items. Contact an attorney, and get as much information as you need. These places feed on your fear of "being sent to collections" or having your credit ruined. Fight it out, and maybe they will stop their fraudulent behavior someday.

Every time you pay for unordered merchandise, you encourage a dozen more frauds to do the same exact thing to you.

This woman is perfectly correct.
By paying you only encourage the frauds to continue. In addition, you foster other crooks to do the same thing. Soon, your business will be over-run with crooks demanding hundreds of dollars from you each time.
Take a stand. Don't pay the first one.
That way, you cost them money in phone time and shipping. Enough of that, and they'll have to close their doors and move on to something that does make money.

Americian Transaction Supplies is the biggest scam company on the planet. It is run by the three biggest cheats on the planet bill,chris,and fat Peter ANTONATOS the three biggest scammers on the planet.
These people have been scamming and cheating Americians since 1999 by solicitating bussiness and by selling debit supplies that you do not need and which they overcharge 500 percent over the retail price.The thing that i do not understand is why dont you americians just keep the supplies without paying them because I can gaurantee you they cant do anything about it.So i say is keep the supplies and tell them thanks for the free supplies and if they harassed you tell them that you will sue there a*s in court for a bundle of money because you know that this is all but a big scam aimed to get your money. So I am telling you to sue Americian Transaction Supplies at 7080 park avenue street suite 120 in Montreal,Quebec 514-277-2349. Because this scam company must end right now and i do not want anbody to suffer anymore.
