My wife is planning on taking some vacation time in the next month or 2 and here come a "great opportunity" a $1350.00 voucher for 2 round trip tickets to anywhere in the continental US. This was my "Final Notice" or the opportunity would be transferred to an unnamed alternate. I guess Jan just has piles of cash behind her desk and is desparate to get rid of it. Seems they tried multiple times to contact me. I am not to my knowledge enrolled in any police or federal protection program so I don't know how hard they really tried. The voucher was received on 3/19 and had to be claimed by 3/27 by calling a toll free number which is different from numbers on other Ripoff Reports. Jan must have a lot of phones. The letter states that this is not a timeshare or land sales offer but does not give any hint as to how they make their money. So I don't know how Jan got stuck with all that cash to begin with.

The letter states that flights book quickly. That's probably why someone is giving away free seats. They just like to help the airlines overbook. By the way at the bottom of the letter you don't redeem the check for tickets but for a "Travel Certificate" whatever that is. When I travel the ticket agents usually want cash or a credit card. I don't know if they would accept a certificate.
