I received a award notification in the mail from "American". No address. No email. Just 1-866-994-4045. Travel Union Scottsdale, AZ 85251. This is a travel voucher for two round trip airline tickets anywhere in the continental US. It says that this is not a time share or land sale offer.
I see on Ripoff that 3 others have received this as well. For those of you who have also received this letter....according to this website, http://www.bbb.org/blog/2012/07/scam-alert-american-airlines-name-being-used-in-fake-ticket-scam/, it is a PHISHING SCAM. They want to steal your credit card information if you call them.
