American Truck Group Maria, Nicole, Ralph, Eric Sold me a piece of SH* TRUCK with a blown motor!! Internet
I did a lease purchase though American Truck Group on January 30 2013!! The motor blew on febuary 19 2013!! It has been nothing but a nightmare with there do called csr's!! Maria who is supposed to be a manager is rude and a liar and won't put anything she says in writing!! Nicole needs to be fired because of her mouth and how ignorant she is to people!! You can't get Eric the shop manager on the phone he is to chicken s**t to talk to you about the s**t equipment that they are selling!! Needless to say it is now Wednesday Febuary 27 2013 and nothing has been done but AMERICAN TRUCK GROUP lying!! I was told buy a csr nicole to get hunter peterbulit in pennsville nj to send them a estimate!! That was after I had to pay for my own tow!! $500 down the drain!! They told me the estimate was to high they had to tow the truck only back to Mississippi!! Leaving me and my trailer in NJ!! How in the hell was I going to get me and my trailer to Mississippi with no truck?? Then Eric changed his mind and told Maria to call me and tell me that they were going to fix the truck in nj!! Then that same night maria calls me back and tells me no the peterbuilt dealer is refusing to work on the truck!! What the f*k kind of sense does that make if that is what they get paid to do is work on trucks!! I called peterbuit and they said they never said any such thing!! AMERICAN TRUCK GROUP ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS POINT BLANK AND WON'T PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING!! I finally get in touch with Ralph the head csr manager so they say. He seems to be some what understanding of the 7 days days of bullshit!! He tells me that they are going to tow the truck to mississippi and check the truck and if the truck is able to fixed in a timely manner they would get me squared away or if the truck wasn't they would get me a new truck or they would just give me a check for my down payment and part ways!! I asked him to send me all that via email and guess what?? It never came!! I called the next day and the liar Maria said she did send it and I asked her to resend and nothing!! They are the biggest liars I asked to speak to Ralph and she said he was in Georgia or some s**t!! So I call peterbuit to let them no I was coming there to clean my truck out and they told me I could get into the truck via a email for American truck group to secure the truck because a tow truck would be there to get the truck!! I had to get escorted to the f**king truck to get my s**t out of the truck!! Mind I have only had this truck 27 days and this is crazy with a 30days warranty on the motor!! What the f*k!! These people are crooks and I don't know how they sleep at night with the s**t that they got going on down there!! I hope nobody has to go threw this and trust me it's not over!!

This is their MO! They will lie and try to find every way around paying for their contractual obligations! u see that the owner didn't respond to this complaint like he did mine! There is nothing he can say! I bough a truck from them because I had expierence with contracts and I figured I can force them to honor that because I will stick to what's in writing. But they will do whatever they can to get out of it even if it means taking the truck back! They have a clause in contract that states you are responsible for all repairs ultimately that happens to the truck witch I suppose that take to mean even if they refuse to honor the warranty!!! EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE THESE COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY THEY ARE TRUE!! Why do you think they won't quote you a payment over the phone before u take a long trip to Gulfport missisipi?? lone mountain has the payment and down upfront on site? Why do u think they will charge you for all these "extra" insurance plans and then not provide a copy of the physical damage policy to show you what is covered if you have an accident and what is not? Because they will tell you that most of the damage is not covered so that you pay it and they don't have to pay the $5k deductible they have! Ralph the general manager only plays good cop bad cop! And once you calm down he tries to stick it to you!! He actually told me that my insurance claim lapsed because my payment was late 2 days so they could try and get out of paying claim!! Then he says the claim wasn't covered but to help out what's the min that I need fixed???!!! that is insurance fraud!! and what they did to this person is contract fraud!! I am in law school right now and I suggest that whenever you talk to them on the phone you record it and don't tell them. That is what I'd do and they probably think that you can't record them without their knowledge and use it in court, but their is an exception to that when the crime is fraud or extortion or murder etc. u can record them and use it in court. Their clock is ticking! No matter what religion or belief there is a universal law that u reap,what u sow, what goes around comes around etc. we all will see them fall very hard very soon it's just a matter of time!!! Gods mercy applies to all and God will allow everyone time to change their course but when they don't and continue in a destructive course then their downfall is eminent. They have continued and are defiant and proud of it as u can see by the owners comments. They head on the beast will be chopped off and a picture of him in handcuffs walking out in shame from his glorious showroom will be interesting......Soon..

Looks like the customer who had his truck for 27 days (engine blows/truck is repo'd/never gonna get any $$$ back from those thieves who rent POS' in Gulfport, MS) signed the 30 Day FU Nightmare Plan and did not realize it! I am truly amazed that people still do business with this outfit.
My Brother did business with this organization back in 2003. He held on to a wreck of a truck for three months before it was repo'd. He made very little but in that time he spent almost $36,000 all because he had bad credit and got lured in.
A word to the wise for the trucker who was scammed: You are gonna have to make so much noise to recover anything. That does not mean go cause a scene at the dealership because you will get arrested. American Truck Group or American Truck Showrooms or whatever it is they call themselves today is a finely tuned machine that will take every penny and leave you with a bad heart.
And don't get your brother-in-law to call and pretend he is an attorney who represents you. If you want to get their attention hit every review site, complaint site, MS Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, MS BBB, and let others know about what was 27 days of getting f'ed. Remember, if you want some vengeance, take away future customers by telling them what they will face should they do business with this racket. Until they change their name to a symbol like Prince did, they are vulnerable.
Lastly, now for no/bad credit folks who want to throw away money and get abused, they have two locations for your convenience so they can f twice as many people as before. That is correct. Since they don't spend much money repairing trucks in their shop, they have amassed/stolen enough money from hard working Americans now to take their God awful, very used truck, rental sham to the great State of Georgia,
