American Truck Group No warranty, won't honor contract, scammers, and liars. gulfport Mississippi
I got a truck from ATG and reported smoke the 2cnd day. They had it a week at their shop to run everything before I could pick up the truck. They said truck was ok to drive. Truck started running worse. On the last day of thirty day warranty I requested to have the truck taken to a shop. I requested the local dealer as stated in my contract.
You can take the truck to any nationwide dealer or truck stop in the first 30 days. Instead they sent me to a cut rate shop that diagnosed the problem and sent them an estimate. ATG screwed around for a week then wouldn't authorize the work. ATG told me to drive the truck over 900 miles to their shop after it just came from their shop when they had all week to ready the truck. Not only that but the truck was not driveable stated by the mechanic. I had to take the truck to the local dealer and pay to have the truck fixed out of my own pocket.
When I went after the truck it was susposed to be ready. It wasn't ready, the truck was missing a sunvisor, hood ornament, interior pieces, they put in a seat that doesn't match the color. It was susposed to be detailed but their was water bottles and trash under the matress. Truck wasn't buffed out, stains all over the grill. Asked for spec sheet, the one they gave me wasn't even the spec sheet for the same truck. They had no history for the truck. There fees are outrageous, the contract is full of gottya clauses. They won't fix anything, and they lie about everything. Worst service I ever had. Hope they get sued.
