Complaint Review: American Truck Group

This dealer's bill of sales says

"Buyer understands:  The advertisement "ad" on this truck/vehicle May Be Different Then what's ACTUALLY on the Truck Ex: Motor Size, Trans, Or Other Equipment.  It is understood that these Mistakes do happen and the Buyer is Completely Satisfied with no recourse to Seller, and holds the Seller completely "hold-harmless".  The Buyer assumes all liability arising from this sale because of the Sellers price reduction due to the condition of this vehicle.  Also it is understood that the truck/vehicle is in need of extensive repair."

This is a license to sell poor quality trucks - and it is not normal.  This disclosue DOES NOT appear on the purchase agreement that you're given initially.  This is completely misleading.

Please do not deal with this dealership - they already have a reputation for terrible customer service, an extremely rude staff, and for selling poor quality vehicles.
