Complaint Review: american truck showroms

We got a truck from this place. they said theyd do federal inspection. they did only on paper. didnt look over the truck. found old wiper blades stuck under hood. flat tires. took 2 days to replace. Had truck serviced. cost over 700 dollars bc gear oils were black and slugged. said they would have it serviced. no way that was done. within 30 days a major part on steer axle broke. had to fight with warrenty dept just to get fixed. weve only had truck since april 18th. its july 27th. cant save money for repairs or anything else for that matter bc truck payment is 708 dollars a week. i would not recommend this place to anyone. they do not do as they claim. very disappointed. wished we had went a different route. they do not tell u that u will be renting to own the truck til you are in finance office. thats after they got your down payment and other monies. just a bs comp. a ripoff. not recommended.
