American Vacations Yucatan Solsan I too was scam by this company who I thought was a credible company. I bought a vacation package and I was told that I would have to call the hotel to make reservations. I can not contact the company because the number I have has been disconnected. Scam! Not sure Internet
I received a fax from the company stating that they have vacactions packages. So I called and talked to a representive who told me about the package. She said that the conversation would be recorded and I would have to pay for the vacation package before I could se all the details. She told me I had a week to get a refund if when I got the package I changed my mind. I sent Krystal Scott the representive the information she requested which included document to sign and a copy of my driver's license.
So, I called the American Vacatation Yucatan Solsan and told them that I have decieded not to take the package because their were discrepancies on the document which was not mentioned when I talked to the representive Krystal Scott. They told me that I could not get a refund because I had signed the documentation. I told them that what they told me over the phone was misleading and I would rather get a refund. They refused to give me a refund. So I contacted the credit card company and explanined to them the circumstances and they said they would call and try to get me a refund. But the credit company said that they would not budge because they have me on a recording agreeing to the document.
The problem is that this company was very deceiful and they are stealing money from hard working people. I hope this will help someone else from getting scammed and I would like money back are give me the trip I paid for.
