Mr. Hanno contacted us on JUly 1 with and estimate for moving some furniture from Riverview to Fort Worth.  The items consisted on a Sofa, Loveseat, full size bed, 2 table top tvs and a small shelf type entertainment center.  Mr. Hanno quoted an estimate for 1160. for this move.  He even claimed there would be room for any last minute small items.   He explained that we needed to confirm with a 200.oo deposit then 480 for pick and another 480 at delivery.

He said the items would use up about 216 cc feet. The movers arrived on July 5 as promised.  They looked at the items  and the invoice and stated that the shipment was going to take up more space then originally stated.....a little over 500 cc feet.   Now we were told that we would need to pay more.  The price went from 1160.00 to3338.00.  Talking to "Gill" the office manager about our concerns.  He said that we could pay the 500.00 now and write a check for the balance of  the half, before the truck left florida.

The balance could be paid at delivery.  We explained that we were prepared for a little difference in the cost....however not triple the orginal amount.  Gill, the office manager, then became very disrespectful and threatening.  He even hung up on me.  The gentlemen movers were shocked at his behavior.  Gill called back a few minutes later and send that the shipment would go on however we were going to have prioritize  our goods....and he lowered the price to 3258.40.  We explained to him that we still could not do this at this time.

He was very angry and disrespectful and said that we might as well go ahead and agree because he was still going to charge our account another 350.00 any way!  We felt we know longer could trust this man.  We are now working with the bank and Better Business Bureau on a stop payment.  Mistakes happen, however it is up to the companies who make promises to keep them.  Would not recomend this company, unless there is a change in management and that their sales representives get the proper training in supporting and informing there customers.
