Americana Real Estate suzie $150.00 was stolen from me. New York, New York
I went to nycityrooms.com website and made an appointment by phone and showed up on Saturday, July 30th and was told that if I paid $450 I can get a room and move in. I called twice to comfirm it. When I got there on 136 street, Broadway in Manhattan I paid the person name Mr. Alberto Diego the amount of $150 and he gave me a reciept and sent me to a lady name Suzie who is a Real Estate agent for Americana Real Estate on 3834 Broadway in Manhattan on the corner of 160th street.
I was told by Suzie that the $150 has nothing to do with them. I had to pay another fee of $125.00 in cash and was denied rooms because I am on SSI. My money was given back but she is denying having any relations with the nycrooms.com in Manhattan. So I am homeless, lost $150 and have to get a bone metal implant surgery on one feet and an another bone surgery on the other feet on July 27. I am not supposed to be walking. I passed out once with pain and went in to Beth Israel Hospital in Manhattan before this.
Now I am homeless and have no way of getting a room for rent.
I want my money back, I have the reciept.
