Now I totally understand why American Airlines is going bankrupt. American Airlines, you suck. I flew first class with you to go to Boston for a special event not only my flight was delayed, you lost my luggage...I ended not going to my event... My luggage didn't arrive at the hotel until 10am the next morning You not only lost my luggage, when I finally get it everything was ruined with water and stains all over.To add insult to the injury not one person in your claims department at the BOS airport really did give a s*# t about my problem. They gave me claim# TGSPQF and This 6176345203 just to get hang up on..shame
