The company refused to cancel and also gave my information to other companies. Not only that they confused the heck out of me ,talking while i was busy,and signed me up for a second account.Then i told them to stop taking money out of my account. They agreed then did it anyway.Over the year or so I received no shopping spree only the several overdraft charges of my bank and financial hardship.
