Complaint Review: Americas Best Barbecue

Americas Best Barbecue, Inc. charged me for a product I ordered and did not deliver, email returned as user unknown. Rip-off! Mission Kansas

I ordered a barbecue product from this company and the product has not been delivered after 4 weeks of waiting. Initial email contact was answered very politely saying delivery comes from the factory distribution center and I could expect delivery in three to four weeks.

After 3 weeks went by, I again contacted them as to the status of my order and was told they would check with the distributer and get back to me, they never got back to me. after 5 more days, I emailed them once again and the email is returned to me as "user unknown" transfer not allowed.

Phone calls to the business 800 number go unanswered and calls to their regular business phone refers you back to the 800 number it is impossible to talk to a live person. I think I have been ripped off by this outfit
