this is a bad company! they call buissness owners and ask for a credit card number or a voided check so they can dip into the buissness owners bank account everymonth, all of there employees are drug addicted crimmanals who have access to various companys accounts, they call to solicate a "free" two month trial, wich once they have a hold of your account numbers they will never stop debiting your account, this is a fradulant company who is out to make big bucks off of small buissness owners, they sell you a sticker for your door at $20 per month, plus $95 per year, if you do some research on the founders of the company Jim Tracy, Mike Coffey, and Dale Danbeck they all used to be in the commodities brookers back in the early 80's after they all become indicted on various fraud charges they started there own backcard company (National Translink Corp.) after they made big bucks in that industry by again ripping off merchants, lieing and forgings handfulls of bank applications they decided to get out of the bank card industry and start "Americas Best Companies" wich is even a faster way to become rich off of unexpecting buisness owners, so if you own a buissness and you recive a call from this company you need to hang up as soon as possible

Hello All,
I would like to clear up an issue the last poster mentioned about the prices assoicated with America's Best Companies. If you look at the date of Jim Tracy's post and the date of the above poster you will see there is a considerable time difference.
America's Best Companies now offers more than triple the services they offered in 2007. This company like every other company in the world will not be for everyone, however for a lot of small business owners it is an affordable answer to online advertising, a website (not having a website is like not having a telephone for your business), search engine optimization, healthcare discounts for the owner and their contractors and or employees and real savings from real companies through volume discounts. (a lot of small companies are already using these companies, they are just not receiving discounts)
Do your research. Go to the BBB and look at the testimonials being offered to you. Contact some of those business owners. Who would be better to tell you if a service or product is living up to its promises than actual purchasers?

I saw a job offer from this company on JobFox and was looking into the company further when I came across this RipoffReport. There is NO WAY they charge $20/month when their job posting says they charge a MINIMUM of $495 annually for their services. That's $41.25/month if you don't feel like doing the math. And supposedly their reps earn $150-$600/sale. Interesting. So if a small business buys a package of $495/year and the rep earns $150 minimum per sale, that's a 30% commission IF they keep it the entire year (which I'm sure many of them don't). If someone is making $600/sale and we are using a 30% commission rule of thumb, that means they try to get $2,000/year out of companies. For what exactly? According to their job post "Discounts, a custom website and a subscription to their magazine." Whoopie! *twirls finger*

My name is Jim Tracy and I am the President of America's Best Companies ("ABC"). As the President of ABC, I am proud to say that we have established one of the finest Small Business Associations in America today.
We offer Small Business Owners discounts through a variety of partners, an internet presence, a consumer feedback system, a magazine subscription to America's Best Magazine, advice, and a Membership Kit including a variety of advertising materials. Some of our discount partners include Staples, Nationwide Insurance, Shell Oil, Merrill Lynch, Liberty Mutual, Hertz, The Dish Network, Paychex, DHL and about 50 other top companies. It is very difficult for me to reply to unfounded lies and flagrantly slanderous accusations such as those suggested by Peter. First, I am the founder of this company and I have never been a commodity or stock broker nor have I ever been indicted for anything in my life. The implications of forgery and fraud are libelous and without merit.
I graduated from Loyola University in 1987 with a degree in Chemistry.
