Complaint Review: Americas Locksmith Services

I had two two car keys, one was worn out last month, another is totally new, so I just wanted to make another spare car key. Search online and find them. Called and about 30mins, a guy shown up. I asked whethe the old key and this new key will both work. He said yes. And they asked to pay first. $162.37. Dealer price is about $200. After he made this new key, my old key wouldn't work. And he told me he gonna pick another machine to program to make two keys both work. Then I called him, no response. Called the custom service, after I explain the process, they gave me music on the phone. No matter how many times call, music, always. They made a key and broke my key. What a service. And now this new key he made does not always work. Just no one suffer this any more, someone stand out, shut down this liar company. I saw complaints from 2012, and 2015, they still exist! what a shame! Someone please help.
