Americas Servicing Company every month my credit score was going down Des Moines Iowa
my monthly payment continued to go up. i have a fixed rate! misc. charges and for what? new monthly statement would arrive before current statement even due. my taxes stayed same yet asc wrote i didnt have enough in escrow ins. stayed same too. asc records payments late! my credit scores were rapidily declining. i was forced to sell due to mortgage increase.
