Complaint Review: Americas Servicing Company

THis company is truly amamzing NOT!

I paid my Aug 05 payment in July, Sept payment in Aug and Oct payment in Sept.........THEY JUST CALLED AND STATE I AM LATE BY 60 DAYS!!! I verified with my bank that they recieved/cashed my payment (paid via on-line banking)

Now they want to hit me with late fees/service charges and such, oh and the best is that we have send several authorization for my wife to speak to them on my behalf and they always state that they NEVER receive them even via fax with conformation.

This is not the first time I have had to deal with their claim of non-payment but this time the person callind was extremely rude to me and very condinsending as if she was in some how better than I and just didn't want to beleive for a minute that they could of made and error.
