Complaint Review: Americas Servicing Company

We have had problems with this company since our loan was sold to them over a year ago.. We were never notified that our loan had been sold to them , so we had continued to send our payments to Ocwen (whom was our originating Mortgage Company) We also had problems with Ocwen getting the payments that had been sent to them to ASC, We have had much heartache from this company .. we now have to send our payments overnight to a physical address so they dont get lost.

Because we send Money Orders we were told that is not a normal way to send our payment and there machine only reads 1 paper so when Our payment takes 3 it spits out 2 and doesnt post them We too have paid late fees to get caught up do to this .. But every month I send it return receipt they cant say they didnt receive it . We are wanting to re finance to get away from these people .
