Complaint Review: Americas Servicing Company

I sent a payment to ASC and it did not clear my bank after two weeks so i call them and they told me that they haven't received the check so i told them the check number and notify them not to use it because i was going to call my bank and put a stop payment on it which i did. I then inform them that i will make another payment online which is a ten dollar charge for doing it.

Some how they got around the stop payment and went ahead and charge my account again without my authorization although i had pay them online.
After speaking to my bank which inform me that i will have to get ASC to return the money because they couldn't do any thing about it, i calle ASC and the rep told me it will take ten business days to get my money back and there is nothing i can do. So i spoke to his supervisor and she said it will take 48hrs which i am still waiting for. One of the things i did is red flag them so in the future any and all transaction from them to my account will need a verbal confirmation from me.
And to reply to one of the exemployee blogs about reason why ASC is servicing the loan is because you had to go to a subprime lender and not a regular lender because of credit. Let me inform her. My credit score is in the high 700's and when i first got the loan it was throught the number one and biggest bank in the US they in returned sold it and it have been sold many times so let her get her facts together.

I am also in the mortgage business and ASC sucks royally
