Americatel Don't give a credit, and keep charging you even if you cancel the service Ripoff Miami Florida

1)- On September Americatel charged me twice 79.47$ , them I called Customer Service and asked for credit and also I ask if they changed the call minutes rate, they responded the minutes rate was changed and I should had a letter notice that change , and I never receive that letter , any way I took easy and I requested cancel the service. Attached you can see the two bills for the same amount .

2) On October they gave me a credit 79.47$

3) On November I called again because they charged me 79.47$. for the same reason .

I called on December 2 to know the status of my account, and they said still active and don't know the reason. Them I request please cancel again I don't want heard any more about Americatel service.

4) On December 8 I called back again and spoke with Customer service Christian Del Pino , he opened a special report 135635 they said is a problem with the billing department and ask me to send a fax with all the detailed information FAX number 18004344338 . I sent a fax , them they talk me in 48 hours I should had a respond .

I called bad two day latter and them the excuse was that they never got the fax. I spoke with Customer Service Onaidy really nice person, she walks to another department to get the fax that I sent one more time, she promises me : I had your fax with all detail , I going to send it to the Billing Department , them she opened another special report 136286 .

5) Today 01/31/2005 I called and Customer Ingrid Gonzalez said she seen in the note report but they never get the second fax either. I explained her all detail also that Onaidy took the fax personally, but she only did excuses BLA.BLA..Bla. I also ask why they keep charging monthly since September if I don't have a service , also I requested cancel since August and she talk me she can do nothing about it

I would like to know what company is it , they do wherever they want with the customer , change the rate and keep charging monthly promotional rate , keep charging you even you cancel, and don't give you your right. Somebody need to stop it.

One more thing if you request cancel they don't give you a confirmation number that's really why they keep charging you forever.
