Our company was offered 3 contracts from Americore Security Agency because that couldnt afford to pay there officers for the month of Febuary. We took the contracts and upped all the required insurance, paid there workers for the month of Febuary.

We were asked by the officers where there January check was as they were told that we were also responsible for that also. We informed them that we took over the contracts in Febuary not January and advised them to go ask there office for there paychecks for the month of January.

We went and vivited 1 of the sites we took over and was told that we "Merged" with Americore and that everything would remain the same. We advised them that we were givin the contracts because they didnt want them no more.
After talking to Marty and Arnold from Americore Security Agency they assured us that they would take care of it. They did, they took the contracts back and tried to stick us with paying there officers. I had one of there officers in my office explaining the situation and he called Arnold. Arnold told the officer that he had me on the other line right now and had talked to me about 30 min before.

The officer believed what i was saying because he was in the office and i didnt have a call in the time he was there And when Arnold had ME on the other line i was sitting at my desk with no phone in my hand.

Main Thing Is,, Yes we got a suit aginst them right now for not paying us for sub-contracting a job for them and and refusing to pay a outstanding balance of $2700.
Beware Of This Company!!!!There Very Sweet Talkers DONT trust your assets to people who try to Rip Off there Own Workers!!!!

I went on the website of the Texas Bureau of Private Security and I looked up Americore Security's Management/Owners who were listed there and I noticed there were a LOT more people listed there than there usually is;

AND I DID NOT SEE ANYBODY ON THAT LIST WITH AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT THE MANAGERS AND OWNERS OR MANAGERS AND OWNERS THEMSELVES NAMED ARNOLD OR MARTY.

I am sure that any of the people who are managers and owners would like to know about people who MAY be PRETENDING to represent them.

I reread your post several times and was not able to make very much sense out of it. SUPPOSEDLY two guys named Marty and Arnold offered your security company some accounts because they could not afford to pay their guards...THIS MEANT THE CLIENT WASN'T PAYING THEM OR THEY WERE TAKING THE MONEY AND NOT PAYING THE GUARDS...

And you did not contact the client and ask them what the story was?

I also notice that you did not include the name of your company either.

THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE SOUNDS HIGHLY IRREGULAR.

Normally, they SELL you the accounts. Word of mouth does not hold up in court and these days you can't trust anybody -- ESPECIALLY PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD CONTRACTORS!

Their license is good.

THE UNPAID EMPLOYEES NEED TO CONTACT THE TEXAS PAYDAY PEOPLE AT THE TEXAS WORKSOURCE IN REFERENCE TO COLLECTING THEIR BACK PAY!
