Complaint Review: AMERICREDIT

I allways my payment on time and allways paid more than regular payment infact I paid off loan a year ahead of time, I never later just on etime about ten days but Americredit reported to the major credict companies as been late a month, Americredict also charge me late charges for 5 days, I call then and e-mail several time and I never got a response back from then. Even as of today I try to log in to check the status of my account because I just paidoff my loan last week and was not able to.
