Americredit After final payment charged with more interest on deferred payments Forth Worth Texas
I paid my final payment on line and noticed a remaining balance. I asked that since I am making my final payment why do I have a remaining balance? I was told that because of deferred payments (which were the final paymentsl) I was being charged additional interest fees which I was not informed of at the time of the arrangements. I received a letter from a collection agency representing Americredit stating that I should paid this balance off since I would be receiving a stimulus check from the government.
