This company did not post payments as they were made.  During a chapter 13 filing they continued to charge interest and applied payments towards that interest instead of principal.  Two years after the account was closed they sued for four times the original amount of the worth of the vehicle.  Their statment showed the account paid and a zero balance charged off during the chapter 13 yet they sued for the full balance plus $6000 in interest.  Then they hired a bottom feeder attorney to handle the case who brought a woman who was from Americredit Dealer Services to testify that the account was showing as accurate and that the vehicle was sold at a commerically reasonable rate with three bids at auction but she did not have to provide any documentation even after it was requested.
