Americredit Customer Service Problem getting title to my car internet

I really thought I was done with Americredit after making my last car payment to them on 2/13/12,finally so I was thinking never again will I finance a car with them ,When I fell behind 30 days a rep told me that I could defer the payment that was just BS because as many off you know they will blow your phone up all day long.Then report you as late,
The problem I have now is getting the title for my car I was told I would  receive  it within 30 days yet another lie from this disgusting company,I called today to find out why I have not received the title I was told it hasn't been mailed yet and did I want to make a request for them to mail it,I would like to know if this is legal for them to hold on to it for no reason I don't owe them a penny,very unhappy with this situation ,My advice would be to any one out there no matter how bad your credit is DO NOT finance with americredit you will regret it.
