Americredit Defending Americredit? Arlington Texas
Several of the people defending Americredit's car loan practices must be from a different planet! First off it stands to reason that they would take chances loaning people money with their ungodly interest rates. Secondly one person actually dropped their insurance just to make car payments so that they would not be harassed by Americredit. My situation is in the repossession stage. They had a company come to my door to repossess my vehicle after falling behing several payments due to the following circumstances in order over a 3 months period. August 29th: Death of my wife, September 10th: Laid off from job, November 7th-November 23rd: Intestinal Infection. All they did was harass me via phone then sent company to reposess my vehicle without any notice via mail or official notice. Worst company ever incorporated on this planet. WARNING: DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH AMERICREDIT UNLESS YOU LOVE BEING HOUNDED!!!!!!!!

but ANY creditor would do the same thing given the same circumstances. They just want the money you agreed to pay them. That's all.
