Americredit Incompetence to a new level, LOST MY WESTERN UNION PAYMENT, YES LOST!! Fort Worth Texas

I have spent 4-5 hours trying to track down a payment that was on time and made through the Americredit website, that uses Western Union. I have talked to 5-6 different people at Americredit and none of them have any idea what to do, and will not allow me to speak with a supervisor, or anybody that knows anything other than my payment is way past due. I have faxed over all relevant documents from my bank showing the day and trace id of the transaction, I have faxed over all the documents from Western Union whom says that Americredit cashed my check three weeks ago, even gave me the check number and exact time that they cashed it, and yet they can still not figure out where it went within Americredit! I have never experienced such incompetence in any organization much less one that is in the business of finances. Run far away from Americredit, they are the most incompetent organization I have ever some across, and that is saying ALOT!
