americredit charged 3/4 the amount of the vehicle in finance charges. that extended the used car loan to 6 years. the trade in value was not deducted. late fees added every 10 days payment is late until received. payments for another account was drafted from checking account with the vehicle account number.

Americredit helped us to build our credit . Allowed me to miss one payment without any penalties due to Illness . They were a very good business to deal with . We paid on time and in full/

Where is the RipOff?

- You were free to get other financing. However, I have a feeling that your credit history was not the best so you couldn't. There is also nothing that says you can't pay more every month. That will decrease the total interest you pay as well as the length of the loan.
