Americredit ripoff Ft Worth Texas
On Dec 28th a call was made to reaschedule my payment date from the 11th to the 28th of the month. A confirmation of a verbal response was given. Now as the 12th of this month (Feb). The change of date has not been made and I have been charged late fees. I have been told to call back in week to check on the payment change date. What a rip off!! This has got to be one of the most dishonest companies. I understand that it is for 2nd chance credit but give me a break.
