Complaint Review: AmeriCredit

Yes I have had some credit issuses, and yes I to have been screwed by AmeriCredit. Being an Ex car dealer for 18 years I was fully aware of the high interst rate I was getting into, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. In my situation I had filed BK after a bad accident and being out of work for some time, and again I knew what I was getting into.

What I didn't know was I would be dealing with one of the worst companies know to mankind. Besides rude people bad record keeping and arouneous late fees. I have been harrased on a daily basis for over two years, and to make matters worse I have two cars financed with these thiefs, again had I only known who they were.

I have been making payments each and every month on the same day, yet according to them Im 1-2 months late I am not . They will not give me a real payoff amount on my vechiles. They want all the interest for the length of the original contract, this is illegal and so states on the contact, they are creating their own laws here.

I am talking with an attorney next week to start a class action suit. I'm ready to fight these thiefs, and I am a fighter , enough is enough anybody in calif want to join me ?
