Americredit Ripping me off, repoed car when late 2 mos. lost a payment, Simple interest loan not stated on my contract. Arlington Texas
Americredit sucks flat out. They claim i have a simple interest loan and i can not find it any where on my contract that states this. A payment was made and they lost it, so they claimed it was 92 days late and if they would have credited my account with the payment that was made it would have been 62 days late. So they basically repoed my car for no reason. Americredit and there repo company are flat out rude.

After all, you were technically 62 days late. I find that a reason. There is no rule written anywhere that states they have to wait 90 days until they repo your car.
