My 2008 Nissan Path Finder was totaled 04/10/2009. The insurance company paid their part. The Gap insurance paid their part. The Nissan Dealership has paid their part and refunded the unused portion of the Gap insurance premium $470.

Americredit has been calling and harrasing me and my wife for months now about a $570 balance, that $470 has been paid already.They have now put the $570 as a past due amount on our credit reports.

How can they do that when $470 is paid already. I have a breakdown sheet from the Gap insurance company as to what was paid and when. I need a good attorney
