Amerigas Beyond Horrible Customer Service- Gasless after 18 days prepaying with sub zero weather Whitehall Maryland
Signed up with Amerigas a year ago anticipating better prices from previous supplier and good service. The service has been horrible in the Whitehall Maryland facility. They do not answer the phone, will not return phone calls and when I finally talk to someone. they do not deliver on what they promise. Prepaid fuel on 1/8/2014 and still have no delivery the evening of 1/23/2014. Young child in the house with sub zero temps and they just don't care. The delivery has been coming "within hours or tomorrow mornin for days now". Do not do business with this company. You will regret if you do.
