Amerigas left out in the cold AGAIN !! whitehall , Maryland

   I am another unsatisfied customer of Amerigas of Whitehall Md.  I have been a customer for a few years now and every time there is a need to communicate with the Americagas co. it is an issue . According to the lady at the office I am always wrong and i ran out of propane because of my fault. However i have been on the Ameri-Guard program ever since i started with the company and being charged monthly cost for the service.
 
   So here i am again out of propane for the third time in three years . I need to call Amerigas and ofcourse it will be my fault again that i ran out while i was on there autofill program. With that said we also had an agreed fuel price of $3.13 and when they delivered the emergency fill up i was invoiced $4.57 

   I called and requested an answer why i was over charged a price above my agreed amount and i was told it was because of the emergency fill up. I was spoken to by the lady from Amerigas like it didn't matter if i remained a customer or not , she was very rude and just did not want to hear my complaint .

   I have a 76 year old mother at my home and she gets upset and wants to know why Amerigay doesn't keep her house from running out of propane to keep her warm .It's Sunday and 36 deg. here today and we have electric heaters trying to keep the house warm. 

   My next call is going to be to Amerigas to find out what will be the issue again today, I just think it needs to be said that we are paying customers and don't appreciate the way Amerigas handles the issues at hand , the service is bad.  

   Now i will do the resurch to contract another propane company to fulfill my needs and hopefully get some sympathy and a refill today before the night sets in .
