Amerigo Moving Service Was a previous employee, Not only ripoff customers but employees too! Bronx New York
As a former employee of Amerigo Moving, I can honestly say this company will eventually go down or just switch their names. There were dishonest with my customers, and me.
When you reserve with a sales rep, everything is fine and dandy, but the problem happens when the booking is sent to the operation. The operation department is very unorganized, rude, and ignorant the receptionist Silva can't spell, nor speck proper English. Jay, Yaniv, is a master at trying to rip off customers, if you specking to a Joe? He would probable be Mike or Yaniv, Jay. Krif, and Mike more worried about making money then making customer satisfaction.
Tip: Mike the sales rep claims to have a secretary, he doesn't his make believe secretary is other then Mike himself portraying as Joey, Joe, John, just to avoid is unsatisfied customers. (Shady dont ya think). Jay is 98% their and claim to be in Meetings, hes just trying to avoid the customers.
It got to a point I couldnt bare working their, the drivers allow their dogs to piss and wreck the customers furniture/goods! Who ever reads this I am truly sorry for your lost and am proud to say I dont work there.
Warnings: Dont call or Reserve any Moves with Amerigo Moving, they will rob you blind. They are currently on the Blacklist on (link deleted - see below). Not a company ou can trust your goods with!!! P.S. Hi Barbara, I'm truly sorry for what Amerigo has put you through!!! I'm on your side with this one.
