Amerigo Naami is from the middle east. I say this to give anyone reading this context to judge for themselves when dealing with middle easterners. Unfortunately 99% of my experience with middel easterners has always been bad. Maybe I will in the future meet someone of middle eastern decent with integrity. I had a relationship with Amerigo for over 10 years. He was what I thought, a friend. I called him up one day and asked him if he had a car to lease. He said he had a Mercedes S550 2013 justing sitting around for 6 months he was not using. I offered to take over his payment for the remainder of his lease.
I paid Amerigo over 12,000.00 in advance for the lease under a contract. After 3 months I got into a difficult situation unrelated to our relationship and was no longer in a postion to use the car. We could have kept the car for the remainder of the lease agreement. My wife contacted Amerigo and asked if he wanted the car back. I know not his problem. She was in need of some immediate money. Keep in mind, Amerigo alleged he was my friend. What he did was lie to my wife and write up a promisory note to pay $2500.00 to refund part of the lease for the car not being used. He took the car back. The payments were a total of $1199.00 per month and I still had 3 months.
Mind you I paid, pre-paid full coverage insurance for the vehicle, 2400.00 drive off fees all in all the total in refund is way more than the 2400.00 he offered in writing to a "Brother" as he oftened referred to me as. This is not how you treat a brother when they are going through tough times? No.... Amerigo's character is, simple put, he has no character, integrity or honor in my opinion He is at best a cartoon character. Anyway, I tried to recover my loss through the court system.... Oh look! he's gone...he went to live in Europe. So now my only recourse is to let everyone know that he is a liar and a thief.
So if anyone deals with this guy...beware, he will pretend to be a friend and when things go bad, he'll turn his back on you. The money is just a small part of my disgust with him, it's the fact that I trusted him and I was always there for my old friend and when my family needed him the most he turned his back took the car and kept the money. Shame on you... The true face of character is not by your words but by your deeds. I give this a big fail! What a looser.

To anyone that read this false report, the claims that are made by Mr. Rodulfo de Hoyes are mostly false for the exception of the car rental part where he had signed a rental agreement at the time, Mr. Rodulfo de Hoyes was a convicted felon and was arrested by the Riverside police department on April 29th, 2015 and booked and charged with many felonies, he was also in violations of the rental agreement date Feb, 16th 2015, for a 2013 Mercedes Benz S550 that was out on a rental contract where he has commited many crimes against business and was scaming people using the rented vehical from our company. He was in jail for a long time while he was charged with many crimes and no one was allowed to drive the Rental accept him, he was the only authorized driver on the rental contract.
