AMERILOAN.COM Ripoff, regarding payoff of loan and amount Miami Oklahoma
When I obtained my loan of $200 from Ameriloan.com online, I was informed that I could pay off my loan with the interest I was charged in monthly payments of $60.00 per month until it was paid off. I then received letters stating that if I wanted to roll the loan over after its due date, that I could if the loan wasn't paid off yet or if I wanted to pay it in full, I could write them and request to pay it in full. This was very misleading and I was confused. I am an elderly 77 year old woman who was in financial straights when I applied online for this loan and I was taken advantage of in no uncertain terms. They proceeded to take $60 per month for 4 months, then received I hope this goes to court and this company goes belly up! Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me! I've learned my lesson!
